Candles and meditation

In our candle meditation system, there are three main parts:
The first awareness of yourself, through a special candle to combine meditation with essential oils, in meditation you smell the essential oil breath, better regulate your state, comfort and calm. As a meditation tool, the candle can project some of your current state, and ultimately the interpreter can interpret the information given by the candle. For example, every time, everyone’s state will be different, and different states will determine the choice you make, there is a saying called self-knowledge, when you understand yourself to avoid and choose the right path.

Second, adjust yourself, essential oil conditioning, a set of original conditioning methods combined with essential oil aromatherapy and sound therapy, can be personalized conditioning services for each friend in different situations, such as some people are emotional anxiety, resulting in work weakness, some people are hoping to reach a certain height, but lack of positive opportunities and motivation.

Third learning awareness, our first point is to be aware of yourself, then the next is to be aware of others, awareness is not like the sixth sense of girls, awareness is trained through objective perspective, the habit of awareness, and this training is taught through our candle meditation.
